Once confirmed, your driver's name and number is sent to you. On the day of your ride, your driver tracks your flight if applicable and arrives early. No check-in, no surge, no surprises. Payment is collected after the ride.

Where are you going? Street address works fine. For SAN airport departures, your airline and terminal if known.

Date & time

The date you need service and your requested pickup time. For airport arrivals, your scheduled landing time works — we track delays.

Number of passengers

Up to 4 passengers in the BMW i7 sedan; the Rivian R1S SUV accommodates up to 5. Let us know your group size.

Flight number (if airport)

For any airport arrival, provide your flight number. EGT monitors your flight in real time and adjusts if there's a delay — no extra charge.

Vehicle preference (optional)

BMW i7 xDrive60 or Rivian R1S. Both are 100% electric and maintained to the same standard. Your preference, confirmed at booking.

Booking your SAN pickup or departure 24 hours in advance ensures your vehicle is confirmed and your driver has your flight details in advance. This is the recommended lead time for most airport transfers.

72 hours for early mornings & holidays

For pre-dawn departures (before 5 AM), holiday weekends, or high-demand periods like Thanksgiving and New Year's, booking 48-72 hours ahead ensures your vehicle is reserved. Rates don't surge during holidays — they stay flat.

Do I need to download an app?

No app required — ever. EGT is booked by call, text, or WhatsApp at (858) 585-6957. You communicate directly with a person, not a chatbot. There's no platform fee, no service fee, and no hidden charges added after booking.

Do I pay upfront or after the ride?

Payment is collected after the ride, not upfront. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, and PayPal. Corporate account clients receive monthly consolidated invoicing.

How do I know my driver is on the way?

Your driver's name and direct phone number are provided at booking. On the day of your ride, you can contact your driver directly. For airport pickups, your driver will text you when they arrive at the terminal.

What if my flight is delayed?

EGT monitors your flight from the moment of booking through touchdown. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically. There's no extra charge for delays and you don't need to call to update us — we're already watching.

Can I modify or cancel after booking?

Yes — just text or call. Modifications and cancellations are handled directly. Cancellation policy details are provided at the time of booking.

Is there surge pricing on nights, weekends, or holidays?

Never. EGT flat rates apply 24/7, 365 days a year. Your 3 AM New Year's Eve airport pickup costs the same as a Tuesday afternoon ride. The rate you receive at booking is the rate you pay — full stop.

How do I book a recurring or standing order account?

If you need recurring transportation — weekly airport runs, standing client pickups, monthly executive transport — call us to set up a standing order account. No minimum commitment, priority dispatch, monthly invoicing. One conversation sets it all up.
