Give us the flight number. We track the landing, meet your parent at the arrivals curb with a name placard, help with the luggage and drive them straight to your door or theirs. For the flight home, the car is at their house at the time we agree, and you know it left. 2. The ordinary week — dinner, church, appointments
The dentist on Thursday, church on Sunday, dinner with old friends, the hairdresser, a grandchild’s game. One flat zone fare per leg, or $175 per hour in the BMW i7 for a multi-stop afternoon — pharmacy, lunch, a visit, home — with the driver waiting between stops.

Airport transfers for an older passenger — what actually matters
Most airport pages are written for a fit 35-year-old with a carry-on. For an older parent, four things decide whether a SAN transfer goes well, and none of them is the price:

- No app, no surge, no card on file. One flat fare per leg agreed in advance, gratuity at your discretion, paid after the ride. Your parent never opens an app, never enters a card, and never gets a different number than the one they were told.
