How to book EGT — and how far in advance
Booking is a phone call, a text, or a form — an owner confirms every ride personally. Here's exactly how it works, what we need from you, and how early to book by trip type.
The short version

Have ready: date & time, pickup & drop-off (or airport + flight #), passengers & bags, and any special needs. We confirm the vehicle and flat rate usually within 15 minutes. Standard rides can be same-day; marquee events fill fast — book as soon as you have tickets.
Three ways to book

- Reserve form — on every service and event page. Pick your vehicle, leave your number, and we call back to lock it in.
Whichever you use, your ride isn't final until we've confirmed the vehicle, driver, and flat rate back to you — no silent auto-bookings, no surprise pricing.
What we need from you
- Date and pickup time (for airport departures, tell us the flight time and we'll set the pickup).
- Pickup and drop-off locations — or, for arrivals, the airline and flight number so we can track it.
- Number of passengers and bags (this sets the vehicle: i7 for 2, R1S for up to 4, Escalade IQ-L for up to 5).
- Any special needs: car seat, extra stop, meet-and-greet inside the terminal, accessibility.

The reason events need lead time is real, not a sales tactic: each EGT vehicle runs only a couple of round trips per event, so the early and late slots on a big date genuinely sell out. For everything else, we're flexible — if a date is tight, we'll tell you honestly when you call.
