Almost nobody publishes a Poway figure. As of August 2026, the only other flat rate published for Poway-to-SAN that we can find is City Captain's $105 (their own website). About 23 miles: Poway Road or Scripps Poway Parkway to I-15 South, then CA-163 South / Harbor Drive to your terminal. Off-peak it's 30–35 minutes; weekday rush can push past 50. Your driver schedules around your flight, tracks it in real time, and the traffic risk is EGT's problem, not a surcharge.
