This page is for private jet passengers who are arranging their own ground transportation directly — before their flight, independently of the FBO's offerings.
Do you meet passengers at the aircraft?
EGT stages the vehicle at the FBO terminal entrance or where the FBO's ground protocol permits. We work within each FBO's access guidelines. For Signature and Jet Aviation, this typically means the driver is at the terminal entry when you walk off the ramp, making the transition from aircraft to vehicle seamless.
What if my wheels-down time changes significantly?
EGT tracks your aircraft from departure. If your arrival time shifts — due to routing, weather, or any other factor — your driver adjusts automatically. You don't need to call. There's no additional charge for extended tracking.
Can you handle multiple vehicles for a group arrival?

Is there surge pricing for late night or early morning FBO arrivals?
No. Flat rates apply regardless of arrival time. A 2 AM cross-country landing at Signature costs the same as a noon arrival. Your rate is confirmed at booking and never changes.
