What exactly is the EGT Neighborhood Zone?
It's a fixed geographic area covering central San Diego — from Ocean Beach in the west to North Park in the east, from Bay Ho and Bay Park in the north to Downtown in the south. Any EGT ride where both your pickup and your drop-off are inside the zone costs a flat $50. No meter. No surge. No exceptions.
Does the $50 Zone rate apply to airport trips?
