From the Hotel del Coronado, Coronado Island Marriott, or anywhere on the island, the route is the Coronado Bridge then Harbor Drive north to B Street Pier — 12–20 minutes most mornings. Bridge traffic is light in the mid-morning window when most boarding begins; your driver builds in the buffer regardless.
From La Valencia, the Grande Colonial, or the Hilton Torrey Pines, it's I-5 south to downtown and Harbor Drive — 20–30 minutes outside rush hour. For a weekday-morning embarkation, EGT schedules ahead of the 8–9:30 AM crunch or after it, depending on your boarding window.
