You ride the ferry across to Coronado and back yourself — EGT does not cross to the island, drive onto the base, or pick up on the Coronado side. The fleet is committed, so it's waitlist-only. Getting onto a working Navy base is the whole problem
This is not a stadium with a parking lot. The course runs inside the security perimeter of Naval Air Station North Island — expect controlled access, security screening, and traffic management across Coronado all weekend. The Coronado Bridge is the main chokepoint, and event traffic stacks on top of normal summer beach traffic. NASCAR has indicated off-base park-and-ride arrangements and recommends arriving early for security delays.

Saturday timing
First public day = the day everyone tests the security perimeter at once. Build in more buffer than you think you need: NASCAR advises arriving early for base security, and the bridge + Orange Avenue stack starts well before gates.
