Preferred Vendors: Black Car in Houston & Seattle, Wraps & PPF in San Diego

Travelling beyond San Diego, sold out on our side, or protecting a new car’s paint? Tell us what you need and we source it from a vendor we’ve used or checked ourselves. One number, an owner on the phone, no directory to wade through.

Direct answer: Elite Green Transportation sources four things through vendors it trusts: black car service in Houston (Syed Zaidi, booked by phone or text through EGT), black car service in Seattle (Antour LLC, introduced by EGT), overflow rides in San Diego when our three electric cars are committed (TesRides), and car wraps, paint protection film and tint in San Diego (Haus of Wraps, the shop that does every EGT car). Call or text (858) 522-0264 with the city, the date and the job, and an owner makes the introduction.

Why we source instead of saying no

Every week someone calls EGT for something three electric cars in San Diego can’t do: a car waiting at the curb in Houston, a pickup at SEA, an event night we’re already booked for, or the name of the shop that films our cars. We used to just say no. Now we say who we’d call, make the introduction, and pass your details along so you don’t start over. It’s the same accountability that puts an owner on the phone when you dial our number, and the list stays short because that’s the only way it stays honest.

Black car service · Houston, Texas

Black car service in Houston: Syed Zaidi

Our Houston contact for airport transfers and black car rides

When a client’s trip takes them to Houston, Syed is who we send them to. He books by phone or text only, so there’s no website or app to point you at, and we don’t publish his number. Text us your dates and we pass the trip to him directly, flight details included if you want them handed over.

Why a referral and not us

EGT’s license is a California TCP permit (#0046494-A). It covers the rides we operate in California, not Texas, so we don’t pretend otherwise. In Houston, limousine and black car operators are permitted by the City of Houston’s Administration & Regulatory Affairs department, and vehicle inspection is part of that permit. Source: Houston Permitting Center.

What to send us for a Houston ride

  • Airport: George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) or William P. Hobby (HOU). They’re on opposite sides of the city, so it changes the pickup and the drive.
  • Flight number and arrival time, or the pickup address and time.
  • Passengers and bags, and where you’re going.
  • Return trip, if you need one. It’s easier to set both legs at once.
To reach Syed: call or text EGT at (858) 522-0264 and we’ll pass along his details and make the introduction.

Black car service in Seattle: Antour LLC

Seattle limousine service, managed by Matthew Shi, for SEA airport and city rides

For clients flying into Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) or needing a car around Seattle, we send them to Antour LLC, a Seattle limousine service run by manager Matthew Shi. We make the introduction ourselves: text us the trip and we hand it over with your flight and passenger details, so you’re not cold-calling a stranger from the jet bridge.

Worth knowing before you land at SEA

  • In Washington, limousine carriers are licensed by the state Department of Licensing. (WA DOL)
  • At SEA, the Port of Seattle lets permitted pre-arranged limousines pick up on the Arrival Drive, the lower drive, in the load and unload lanes.
  • If your driver meets you inside, they park in designated limo stalls on the third floor of the parking garage, in the Ground Transportation Plaza. (Port of Seattle)
To reach Antour: call or text EGT at (858) 522-0264 with your flight, dates and passengers, and we’ll pass along Matthew’s details and make the introduction.

When we’re booked in San Diego: TesRides

Event nights and dates our cars are already committed

EGT runs three all-electric cars with named drivers. On a sold-out event night, a date we’re already committed to, or a request that needs more seats than we can stage, we’d rather hand you to someone good than say no. TesRides is that referral: an all-electric Tesla car service in San Diego that runs airport rides, weddings, anniversaries and special occasions.

Ask us first. If we can take the trip, we take it at our published flat rate. If we can’t, we tell you on the first call, confirm the date with TesRides before we hand it over, and for groups of five or more we check capacity with them first. You then book directly with TesRides, on their terms and pricing.

Car wraps and paint protection film in San Diego: Haus of Wraps

The shop that does every EGT car

Haus of Wraps does all of our cars: paint protection film on the BMW i7 and Rivian R1S, and wraps on the Cadillac Escalade IQ-L and the founders’ Lucid. A car that works SAN curbs every day takes rock chips on the freeway, salt air off the bay and more washes than a weekend car ever will, and the finish has held up.

What they do

Per the Haus of Wraps site, the shop offers:

  • Vehicle wraps: full color-change wraps, partial wraps, custom vinyl graphics and chrome deletes.
  • Paint protection film: self-healing PPF against rock chips, scratches and UV, including XPEL Stealth for a factory-matte look.
  • Window tint, wheel powder coating and body kit installation (lips and diffusers).
  • Tesla work: wraps, chrome deletes and PPF for Model 3, Y, S, X and Cybertruck.
  • Films they list: 3M, XPEL, Avery Dennison, SunTek and KPMF.
  • Area: all of San Diego County, from the shop in Miramar.

How sourcing works

  1. Tell us the city, the date and the job. Call or text (858) 522-0264.
  2. If it’s ours to do, a San Diego ride we can staff, we do it at our published flat rate.
  3. If it isn’t, we say so on the first call, name the vendor and make the introduction, with your trip details passed along.
  4. You book directly with them, on their terms and pricing. You never pay EGT for an introduction.
  5. Coverage stays where it belongs. EGT’s California TCP #0046494-A and $1.5M commercial policy cover EGT vehicles and drivers only. A referred trip or job is contracted with, performed by and insured by the vendor you book.
A note on this list
We don’t run a directory, and we don’t add a name because someone asked. If a vendor is here, it’s because we’ve used them ourselves or sent clients to them and would do it again.

Become an EGT sourcing partner

We field requests every week for rides and services outside what three electric cars in San Diego can do: cars in other cities, group sizes we can’t seat, and work on the vehicles themselves. If you run a licensed black car operation in another city, or a San Diego business our clients ask about, and you’d treat a referred client the way we would, tell us about your company.

Markets we’re recruiting in now

Our clients fly in most often from Los Angeles and Orange County, Phoenix and Tucson, the San Francisco Bay Area, Spokane and the Pacific Northwest, and we want a trusted black car operator in each. In San Diego, we’re adding a second overflow partner with six-plus-seat vehicles for group event nights. If that’s you, apply below.

What we look for

Frequently asked

Who does Elite Green Transportation recommend for black car service in Houston?

Syed Zaidi. He is EGT's Houston contact for airport transfers and black car rides, and he books by phone or text only, so EGT does not publish his number. Call or text EGT at (858) 522-0264 with your dates, airport (IAH or Hobby) and passengers, and EGT passes your trip to him directly.

Can EGT get me a black car in Seattle?

Yes. EGT refers Seattle trips to Antour LLC, a Seattle limousine service managed by Matthew Shi, and makes the introduction itself. Text (858) 522-0264 with your flight, dates and passengers. At Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA), permitted pre-arranged limousines pick up on the Arrival Drive (the lower drive), per the Port of Seattle.

Does EGT drive in Houston or Seattle?

No. EGT's license is California TCP #0046494-A, which covers rides EGT operates in California. In Houston and Seattle, EGT sources a local operator and introduces you; the ride is contracted with, driven by and insured by that operator.

Where can I get a car wrap or paint protection film (PPF) in San Diego?

Haus of Wraps, 7626 Miramar Road #3100, San Diego, CA 92126, is the shop that does every EGT car: PPF on the BMW i7 and Rivian R1S, and wraps on the Cadillac Escalade IQ-L and the Lucid. Its site lists full and partial wraps, chrome deletes, self-healing PPF, window tint, wheel powder coating and body kit installation. Text EGT at (858) 522-0264 for an introduction.

Should I get a vinyl wrap or paint protection film?

A wrap changes how the car looks (color change, satin or matte, chrome delete, graphics). PPF protects the paint you already have from rock chips, scratches and UV. EGT's split: PPF on the cars whose factory paint we want to keep (the i7 and R1S), wraps on the cars we wanted to look different (the IQ-L and the Lucid).

What happens if EGT is sold out for my San Diego event?

EGT says so on the first call and refers you to TesRides, an all-electric Tesla car service in San Diego. EGT confirms the date with them before handing the trip over, and you book directly with TesRides on their terms and pricing.

Does EGT charge for an introduction?

No. You never pay EGT for an introduction. You book and pay the vendor directly, on their terms.

How do I become an EGT sourcing partner?

Use the partner form on this page or call (858) 522-0264. EGT looks for licensed, insured operators and San Diego businesses its clients ask about, and adds partners slowly, after checking licensing and, where possible, using the service itself.
