How the slots work: each vehicle runs two round trips per show night — an early drop and a late drop — so there are a limited number of early and late slots per vehicle. The late-drop party gets a late pickup about 30-45 minutes after the show ends. Slots are confirmed in the order requests arrive; book early. When slots are full, EGT opens a cancellation list.
