What Snapdragon parking actually costs

Single-event parking runs about $35 in the Orange Lot and $40 in the Yellow Lot, with the premium Thrive Park Lot priced higher and selling out first for big events. Parking is sold in advance online — and a sellout means circling the Valley or paying a private lot. Then you still walk in, and after the event you sit in the lot egress along Friars Road toward the I-8/I-15 interchange.

The post-event problem

When 30,000-plus people leave at once, two things happen: the lots empty slowly onto Friars Road, and rideshare apps surge while you walk to a pickup zone away from the gates. The cheap fare in isn't the fare out. A pre-booked car removes both: your EGT driver is staged in Mission Valley and rolls when you walk out — or after a bite while the lots drain. The honest budget option: the Trolley

The MTS Trolley Green Line stops right at the Stadium station and is the cheapest way to Snapdragon — if you live near a Green Line stop and don't mind post-event platform crowds, take it. EGT flat rate vs Uber Black

Uber Black is a premium, metered tier that surges in high-demand windows — and an event egress is the worst one. You pay two legs, each surged separately, with the post-event return hit hardest, and there's no locked price until you're standing in the pickup zone.
