Why book the whole trip now
- Sunday Nov 29 is the peak return day of the 2026 window, with Wednesday Nov 25 the peak outbound day; app pickup lines and surge peak exactly when your flight lands.
- The pre-dawn 4–9 AM window is the scarce one. First-wave departures cluster there on every day from Fri Nov 20 to Mon Nov 30, and EGT runs four cars for Thanksgiving week (BMW i7, Rivian R1S and two Escalade IQ-Ls — our second Escalade is due back from repair around Nov 10), so each early pickup slot goes once per car. Book the early legs first.
- The return is the hard leg. Book it with the outbound and your driver is tracking your flight, not guessing.
- College student flying home? Students land at SAN from Fri Nov 20 through Wed Nov 25 and fly back Sun Nov 29. Parents book the pickup, we track the flight, and the student is met at the curb and driven home at the same zone rate: $65 Zone 1 to $115 Zone 4 in the BMW i7, or $85–$135 in the Rivian R1S when there are bags for the whole break. Is Thanksgiving priced higher?
No. The Thanksgiving week price is the published zone rate, identical to any other day.
Which days fill first?
Sunday Nov 29 (return) is the peak day of the Nov 20–30 window, then Wednesday Nov 25 (outbound). On every day of the window the pre-dawn 4–9 AM pickups go first, because EGT runs four cars (two of them Escalades). Book those legs first.
Do you track my return flight?
Yes. Give us the flight number and the driver times pickup to your actual landing.
Can a family or group of more than 5 ride together?
Yes. From November 1 EGT runs two Escalade IQ-Ls, up to 5 each, so a group of up to 10 can book both and travel together. Each Escalade is the published zone rate: $105 one way / $210 round trip from Zone 1.
What do you need to book?
Pickup address, flight numbers for both legs, number of passengers and bags, and an email for the confirmation.
