How do you price a company holiday party?
By the hour per car ($175/hr i7, $200/hr SUV, 2-hour minimum) or as flat per-vehicle runs. A group pays the sum of the cars it uses.
How many people can you move?
Up to 11 across three coordinated cars, Thursday through Sunday. Bigger events: we’ll tell you honestly and refer the overflow.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Company accounts are invoiced monthly.
Which dates fill first?
December Thursdays and Fridays. Book as soon as the party date is set.
