Belly Up Tavern, Solana Beach — Car Service & Concert Transportation

Direct answer: flat round trip from anywhere in metro San Diego to the Belly Up (143 S Cedros Ave, Solana Beach): $120 BMW i7 / $160 Rivian R1S / $200 Escalade IQ-L, marquee headliners $150/$200/$250 — gratuity, waiting and the staged pickup included. Door drop on Cedros, driver staged during the set, pickup rolls when you text. Call or text (858) 522-0264.

TL;DR: the Belly Up is the area’s legendary intimate standing-room club — and the Cedros Design District has small lots and street parking that disappears before doors. The train is close but the last practical ride south usually leaves before the encore. Book the round trip, keep the night.

Why this room is worth a booked car

Shows most nights of the week, national acts in a club-sized room, and a neighborhood built for browsing design shops by day — not for 600 cars at 10:45 PM. Rideshare surge lands at the exact minute the room empties onto Cedros. A flat-rate round trip costs the same at 11 PM as it did at 7 PM.

The honest train paragraph

We’ll say it before you ask: the Solana Beach rail station is about two blocks from the club, and inbound, the train is the cheapest way to a Belly Up show — that’s our concession. The catch is the ride home: check the return timetable before you trust it, because most shows end near or after the last practical southbound train — and on Sep 12–13, 2026 no Surfliner trains run at all (track work, no bus bridges).

The rate, any metro San Diego pickup

VehicleStandard show, flat round tripMarquee headliner
BMW i7 (2 passengers)$120 ($60/seat)$150
Rivian R1S (up to 4)$160 ($40/seat)$200
Escalade IQ-L (up to 5)$200 ($40/seat)$250

Gratuity, waiting time, and the staged pickup are inside the number. No surge, no meter, both legs included. One round trip per vehicle per event. CPUC TCP #0046494-A, commercially insured, all-electric.
